About "BilAraby"
Qatar Foundation has been at the forefront of preserving and enriching the Arabic language, fostering cultural and intellectual communication. Building on the legacy of the TED in Arabic initiative, Qatar Foundation developed the BilAraby project—a multifaceted and globally oriented platform that unites Arab intellectuals, innovators, and changemakers. Through extensive research and engagement with experts and the community, BilAraby addresses gaps in the availability of high-quality Arabic content and platforms that engage Arab audiences, reflect creativity, and drive cultural and social transformation.
Agenda
Under the theme “With Our Ideas, We Build,” Day One explores resilience, language, technology, heritage, and new beginnings through main-stage talks, discovery sessions, and workshops, inviting participants to exchange ideas and learn from different experiences.
Day Two explores entrepreneurship, imagination, peacebuilding, sustainability, and the relationship between individuals and communities. Main-stage talks continue alongside discovery sessions on developing initiatives, Arabic-language education, translation, and leadership, with opportunities to exchange ideas and experiences.
